Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at checkout for online orders. Custom cake orders may require a deposit before baking begins.
Collection
Orders are for collection from our shop at Market Street, Charlestown, Co. Mayo. Please collect your order on the agreed date and during our opening hours (Tue – Sat, 9:00 – 17:30). We cannot guarantee freshness for orders collected significantly later than arranged.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations for custom cakes must be made at least 48 hours before the collection date. For next-day and simple celebration cakes, cancellations made before baking begins may qualify for a refund. Once a cake has been baked, refunds are not available.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and other allergens. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces. Please contact us before ordering if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.

Prices are shown at the time of order and may be updated without notice. Product images are for guidance; each cake is handmade and may vary slightly in appearance.
