Collecting your order
All orders are collected from our shop on Market Street, Charlestown. Here's everything you need to know.
Collection hours
Tuesday: Closed
Tuesday is our baking and preparation day. The shop is not open for walk-in customers.
Selected items from our Next-Day Collection range can be ordered online for Tuesday collection only. These items are prepared specifically for customers who have placed an online order in advance.
Wednesday–Saturday: 10am–4pm
Sunday & Monday: Closed

Our online ordering is available 24/7.
Selected items are available for next-day collection when ordered online in advance.
🎂 Fresh Cream Cakes
Fresh cream cakes are prepared fresh every morning, Wednesday through Saturday.
If you require a fresh cream cake for a specific day or time, please order in advance to avoid disappointment.

Minimum Order Quantities
Please note the following minimum order requirements:
- Doughnuts: Minimum order of 6.
- Cupcakes: Available in boxes of 6 or 12.
- Mini Cheesecakes: Available in 6-pack boxes.
Cake Care Instructions
To ensure your cakes and treats stay fresh and look their best, please follow these care instructions:
Cupcakes, Cakes & Treat Boxes
Please carry the box flat and place it securely in the footwell of your car during transport.
Once home, store your order in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Fresh Cream Cakes
Fresh cream cakes must be kept refrigerated at all times.
Buttercream Cakes
Store buttercream cakes in the refrigerator and remove them approximately 30 minutes before serving to allow them to come to room temperature for the best flavour and texture.
