Collecting your order

All orders are collected from our shop on Market Street, Charlestown. Here's everything you need to know.

Collection hours

Tue – Sat, 9am – 4pm. Closed Sunday & Monday. Next-day collection on simple cakes, doughnuts, last-minute cakes and pound cakes. Buttercream cupcakes and mini cheesecakes need 2 days notice.

Custom cakes

Custom cakes need a minimum of 14 days notice. For larger or tiered cakes, we recommend 2 weeks or more. Get in touch early for special dates.

Minimum Order Quantities

Please note the following minimum order requirements:

Doughnuts: Minimum order of 6.
Cupcakes: Available in boxes of 6 or 12.
Mini Cheesecakes: Available in 6-pack boxes.

Cake Care Instructions

To ensure your cakes and treats stay fresh and look their best, please follow these care instructions:

Cupcakes, Cakes & Treat Boxes

Please carry the box flat and place it securely in the footwell of your car during transport.

Once home, store your order in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Fresh Cream Cakes

Fresh cream cakes must be kept refrigerated at all times.

Buttercream Cakes

Store buttercream cakes in the refrigerator and remove them approximately 30 minutes before serving to allow them to come to room temperature for the best flavour and texture.
